Teen Bigha Dus Haath, has already arranged picnics for more than 20 families this year. Apart from being very close to the city (20kms, 45mins from Behala, Thakurpukur) this Nature Resort, nestled in the lap of nature, boasts of serenity, tranquility with its lush green expanses and sprawling lawns. The nature body, with its large variety of tress will create the perfect, calm and peaceful getaway that you have been planning so long.o offer the kids!

Picnic Spot Reservation Policy

Picnic Spot Reservation can be done through the website www.teenbighadushaath.com or through WhatsApp on 9830087907.


For the season 2022-2023 only Family Picnics shall be allowed.


We adhere to a strict no alcohol policy at our premise. Swimming at our Resort is also not allowed.


A booking shall only be deemed to be confirmed only when the Venue Booking Charges are paid in full. Venue Booking Charges are mentioned in details in the Venue Booking Charges section.


Timings:


Check-In Time is 9am & Check-Out Time is 6pm for a day picnic for the season 2022-2023.
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.


Venue Booking Charges:


For Heads up to 10 people in a group : ₹3000
For Heads 11 to 15 people in a group : ₹5000
For Heads 16 to 20 people in a group : ₹7000

For Heads 21 to 40 people in a group : ₹10000

For Heads > 40 people in a group : ₹15000

Please note:

 

  • The Venue Charges to be paid 100% advance at the time of booking.

  • Breakfast, Lunch& Evening snacks to be served as per menu decided by Visitor in advance.

  • Per plate charges to be decided as per the menu and paid 50% advance 5 days prior to the day of Picnic.

  • Veg & Non Veg options available. 

  • Children: Children below 10 years to be charged 75% of the set Menu Price.

Venue charges would allow the Picnic party:

 

  • Access to the designated area 

  • One double bedded room along with attach toilet

  • Morning Tea

  • Branded drinking water 1L per person would be provided.


Timings:


Breakfast: 8am to 11am breakfast shall be served.
Lunch: 1pm to 3:30pm lunch shall be served.
Evening Snacks: 4:30pm onwards tea and snacks shall be served.

Cancellation or Alteration Policy:


Cancellation and alteration in booking dates is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Picnic date.


Cancellation Charge: For Online and Offline Booking

 

  • More than 10 days prior to the booking  date: 100% refund

  • More than 7 days prior to the booking date: 20% of total venue booking charge will be charged as cancellation charge.

  • Less than 7 days prior to the booking date: 50% of total venue booking charge will be charged as cancellation charge.

  • Less than 3 days prior to the booking date: No refund.


Amendments or Alterations: 

 

  • More than 7 days prior to the booking date: Alteration in dates shall be entertained on the condition of availability of dates. If cancellation is done then the cancelation policy shall apply

  • Less than 7 days prior to the booking date: 20% Alteration fees shall be charged on the condition of availability of dates. If cancellation is done then the cancellation policy shall apply

Teen Bigha Dus Haath offers you multiple activity that you can indulge in

  • Play sports like Badminton, Football, Cricket, Carrom

  • Angling at our ponds

  • Live Barbeque

  • Local Farming 

  • Nursery  

All activities can be arranged at additional costs.


Angling:

 

  • Pond 1: ₹300 for 2 hours 

  • Pond2: ₹500 for 2 hours


Live Barbeque

 

  • Pick your Roost from our Farm (Price to be disclosed at the farm)


Local Farming

 

  • Pick your vegetables (Price to be disclosed at the farm)


Nursery

 

  • Plants for home decorations

  • Soil additives

  • Soil (Price to be disclosed at the farm)


Refunds Policy:


Refunds if any arising out of Cancellations or Alterations or amendments in menu shall take 15 days to process from the date of cancellation/alterations.

Documents to Carry:


Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.


The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error. 

There are a lot of refreshing and close to earth activities that can be done around this unique, calm and rustic nature resort. You would also find the seasonal crops and vegetables being grown for you to see, and take back if you wish to. You can also spend time with your friends to indulge in some farm work along with our farmer friends during the day.

Teen Bigha Dus Haath has 2 water bodies. The calm water bodies are  enticing for all to spend time on its banks with family and friends. For Anglers, this place would be a delight. There is a smaller water body that houses other smaller varieties like the prawn. In the shade of the trees, sitting out on the water bank and enjoying the breeze would be an experience one would want to keep coming back to every now and then.

 

Teen Bigha Dus Haath also would bring to you its own poultry and goatery farm, being reared in the most natural and scientific way. If one wishes, one can enjoy the farm food of one’s choice, being healthy and desi.

The spot has beautiful and picturesque walk trails across the village tracks. The place stands out especially in the morning and evening as the sun goes down creating a riot of colors in the sky. The group walks shall be etched in memory of all the visitors, more so due to the numerous photographs that you would click in the natural selfie zones created by mother nature, specially for you.
